The green tea we selected for this blend is from Suzuki Chaen, a small independent family-run tea estate. This mountain-grown tea planted and grown from seeds (which is very rare in Japan nowadays) has fresh greenish & sweet notes, and a clear aftertaste. We believe in natural tea, so of course this fragrant blend is 100% natural -- no artificial additives or chemicals in it. Rose and lavender are both known for their relaxing effects. You'll find yourself less stressed or tense after just one sip! This blend is delicious brewed hot, but our favorite is the cold brew method! It will pleasantly surprise you with the elegant aroma, and also, if you're avoiding alcohol or drinks high in calories, this makes a perfect alternative. <HOT> 3g / 150ml / 90C / 1 min For the first steep, leave it for about a minute while watching pretty petals and leaves slowly swirl and dance in hot water. For 2nd/3rd steep, quickly pour in a cup after 10-15 seconds. <COLD> 10g / 1L / 10C / 2 hrs Put this blend and cold water in a pitcher or a bottle. Leave it in the fridge for 2 hrs, and voila...you have delicious iced tea chilled and ready to serve. Super easy! You can leave it in the fridge before bed, and it'll be waiting for you next morning.
